The Library of the Institutes of Physics is a public library, open to both:
Every user is required to take care of material made available, and will be responsible for any loss or damage caused by him/her. Working schedule and its temporary changes are always presented to the public by means of written announcement of the Librarian. Collections are accessible on site:

Reading room:
There are 49 workplaces and 5 computer workstations in the reading room. It is open to each person having interest in the collections of the Library. The only prerequisites for using the collections are:
Users who enter the reading room are required:
Both kinds of material: these owned by the Library, and those on loan from the other libraries, are available for the users in the reading room. Making oral or written request to the staff is necessary for having access to the material. Taking the library material out of the reading room without consulting the staff on duty will be considered as theft; by definition, it is subject to legal action.

Interlibrary loans (ILL):
The Library does not make any interlibrary loans on its own. Requests for material of other libraries made at the premises of the Library, are submitted to the ILL service in the Main Library. Similarly, the Library of the Institutes of Physics ships its material within ILL to other libraries only via the Main Library, ul. Karola Szajnochy 10. 50-076 Wroclaw.
